Niog LRT Station

Niog station is an under construction station on the Line 1 and a proposed station on Line 6. The station will be located in the intersection of Aguinaldo Highway and Niog Street in Niog I, Bacoor in Cavite. It is part of the Line 1 South Extension Project, being the final station on the planned extension, while it shall be an intermodal terminal with the Line 6 towards Governor's Drive station
The Line 1 plan calls for a mostly elevated extension of approximately 11.7 km. The extension will have 8 passenger stations with an option for 2 future stations (Manuyo Uno and Talaba). A former extension and first station right after Niog station has been proposed known as the Line 6, which would link the station to the city of Dasmariñas further along Aguinaldo Highway creating six more stations. When built, the station will also serve as the new line's northern terminus.
