Please kindly note:

- Guests are required to present the same credit card used for the reservation when checking in and for the payment. Third party payment is not accepted. For guests who would like to use another cardholder's credit card, please contact the property in advance for a payment arrangement.

- For all non-refundable reservations, guests are not allowed to modify the check-in name.

- Bookers are required to offer each guest name instead of offering only one name when reserving more than 1 room.

- When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

- When booking three consecutive nights or more, guests are required to present their passports upon check-in.

- Free in-room WiFi is only available for 2 IP users.

Please note that the sauna and Jacuzzi are temporarily closed until further notice.

In order to provide a better environment for our guests, the outdoor swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance from December to March every year.

According to Hong Kong Government’s new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free but can be provided upon request at a charge.
