Destiny Student – Shrubhill (Campus Accommodation) is located only 10 minutes' walk from the tram stop, bus station and Waverley train station, this purpose-built student campus accommodation offers guests a central base in Edinburgh. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the East End of the New Town and shopping at the St. James Centres, all within a few minutes’ walk of the property.
The property offers double en-suite rooms with shared kitchen and living areas. Private apartments are available for larger groups or families. Studios with en-suite facilities, and private kitchen and living areas are also available.
All rooms are en-suite with 120cm-wide, small double beds, fresh linen, access to kitchen facilities and living areas. Guests can make use of free WiFi access throughout the building, games room and a pay-as-you-go laundry facility. Simple key fob entry throughout the building.
Staff are on hand 24 hours a day to provide information on the building and the local area.
A prepayment of the full amount will be taken at the time of booking and is required to secure your reservation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Please note, all beds are 120cm-wide, small double beds, as opposed to 135cm-wide standard double beds. Please note that towels are not provided. Upon arrival, guests are welcome to pick up a complimentary towel at the reception, with one towel allotted per person. For additional towel refreshes, there will be a charge of £5 per towel. Luggage storage is available prior check in and after check out at a cost of £5 per bag. Shower gel is available at reception Double rooms have access to a shared fully equipped kitchen. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No meal options available All rooms are non-smoking and there is a fine of £150 for smoking in the building. A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
